As a TEC Canada Chair in Calgary I work with private business owners and leaders who recognize the profound impact they have—not just on the success and legacy of their business, but on the lives of the people they lead. Drawing on my experience as a business executive and 10 years as TEC CEO group member, I lead peer advisory groups that support leaders in navigating the complex realities of business ownership and leadership. Together, we provide insight and perspective to one another as we deal with the challenges, issues and opportunities inherent in running a business, large or small.

Through monthly group meetings and working individually with each member the goal is to help bring clarity to the complex world each leader lives and facilitate solutions and ideas from both inside and outside of the group environment.

In short, I work with high achievers that are often in a revaluation stage of their lives and business and help them to get where they want to go, in a way that works for them and allows them to look at themselves in the mirror and go to bed at night.

Peer Advisory is a trusted small-group setting where leaders engage in confidential, high-impact dialogue to fast-track personal and professional growth. Participants build deep connections, challenge assumptions, and gain fresh perspectives to lead with greater clarity and confidence.

Scope of Work


We will spend 30 to 45 minutes discussing your current situation and your goals for the future. Please be ready to answer some questions during this time. If we believe we can assist you, we will let you know promptly. Alternatively, if further evaluation is needed or if another company would be a better fit, we will inform you right away.

Step 2

Recommendations


Based on our initial conversation, we will provide a written proposal outlining a suggested service and pricing for your review. This proposal will serve as a starting point for discussion. From there, we can refine and adjust the solution together. Once both parties are aligned, we will agree on the path forward.

Step 3

Engagement


Once the specifics are confirmed and pricing is agreed upon, a formal agreement will be signed. After that, we will finalize the time frames and logistics for the engagement. This ensures everyone is clear on the plan and expectations. With everything in place, we are ready to move forward.
