A team workshop isn’t valuable because it produces answers…
It’s valuable because it creates the kind of shared understanding that makes answers possible.

Drive Results, Strengthen Culture, and Elevate Collaboration Through Impactful Workshops
CUSTOMIZED TO THE NEEDS OF THE TEAM
With 10-30 participants, a workshop using the DiSC© Workplace model for existing, new, or project teams focuses on fostering better communication, collaboration, and understanding among team members by exploring their individual behavior styles. The DiSC framework breaks down personalities into four key types: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness.
In this workshop, participants will engage in interactive activities that help them identify their own DiSC profiles and recognize those of their colleagues. By understanding each other's strengths, challenges, and preferred working styles, teams can enhance trust, reduce conflicts, and work more cohesively toward shared goals.
The session is designed to promote self-awareness and empathy, offering actionable strategies for adapting to diverse team dynamics and improving overall performance. Whether for newly formed teams or existing project groups, the workshop equips participants with tools to communicate more effectively and collaborate seamlessly, ultimately boosting team productivity and morale.

NEXT LEVEL PERFORMANCE | CUSTOMIZED TO THE STATUS AND CURRENT PERFORMANCE OF THE TEAM
You might be a business owner or CEO interested in elevating the performance of an existing team, or you recognize that a team and its individuals has potential but requires intervention. Perhaps you have already tried various approaches that are not quite getting the results you desire. Longer term programs include regular check-in and an option for personalized coaching.
Creating a high-performing leadership team using the Five Behaviors program focuses on building trust, fostering healthy conflict, achieving commitment, ensuring accountability, and delivering results. The program is grounded in the idea that these five key behaviors are essential for teams to reach their full potential. Leaders begin by developing trust through vulnerability-based communication, allowing them to openly share challenges and concerns. This trust creates an environment where healthy conflict can occur, enabling leaders to engage in constructive debates that drive better decision-making. With clarity and alignment on team goals, leaders commit to shared objectives and hold each other accountable for their actions.
The program emphasizes the importance of team members owning their roles and contributions to achieve measurable results. Through a combination of interactive activities, real-world applications, and team assessments, the Five Behaviors program helps leadership teams break down silos, improve collaboration, and elevate their collective performance, ultimately driving organizational success.

Management Teams
CUSTOMIZED TO THE NEEDS AND GOALS OF THE TEAM
A workshop using the DiSC© model for a management team is designed to help leaders better understand their own leadership styles and how they can effectively manage and motivate their teams.
The DiSC© Management framework explores four distinct behavioral styles—Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness — offering insights into how managers can adapt their approach to meet the diverse needs of their employees. During the workshop, participants engage in exercises that highlight their individual DiSC profiles, helping them identify strengths, communication preferences, and areas for improvement.
By gaining a deeper understanding of how to lead different personality types, managers are equipped with practical strategies to improve team engagement, resolve conflicts, and drive performance. This session also emphasizes the importance of flexibility in leadership styles, encouraging managers to adjust their approach to create a more cohesive, high-functioning team that thrives on clear communication, mutual respect, and targeted development.

Greenvale’s 3-Step Engagement Process
Step 1
Scope of Work
We will spend 30 to 45 minutes discussing your current situation and your goals for the future. Please be ready to answer some questions during this time. If we believe we can assist you, we will let you know promptly. Alternatively, if further evaluation is needed or if another company would be a better fit, we will inform you right away.
Step 2
Recommendations
Based on our initial conversation, we will provide a written proposal outlining a suggested service and pricing for your review. This proposal will serve as a starting point for discussion. From there, we can refine and adjust the solution together. Once both parties are aligned, we will agree on the path forward.
Step 3
Engagement
Once the specifics are confirmed and pricing is agreed upon, a formal agreement will be signed. After that, we will finalize the time frames and logistics for the engagement. This ensures everyone is clear on the plan and expectations. With everything in place, we are ready to move forward.
“Only those who respect the personality of others can be of real use to them.”
